You can still arrange a detail. Choose shop service instead of a mobile visit and we’ll show you the shop location and directions. If shop bookings aren’t available online yet, call us to arrange your visit.
Can I book a weekend appointment?
Yes — weekend times are available by request. Tell us your preferred date, time, and why it works for you. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours. Your appointment is confirmed only after approval; blocked dates remain unavailable.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes. Choose cash when booking and pay the full amount at your appointment. Prefer a card? Use our secure checkout. Weekend card requests are reviewed before payment.
How do loyalty rewards work?
Completed visits count toward your loyalty card. You unlock a reward every 4 completed visits. Sign in to check your progress and ask your detailer about your reward.
Can I change my appointment?
Sign in to your account to request a different date or cancel an appointment. Weekend changes need approval. If you booked as a guest, contact DRIP for help. Refunds, when applicable, are handled directly by the team.
